Position: Full-time Registered Nurse / Licensed Nurse (Healthcare Professional)

1. Number of Openings: 1

2. Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Nurse (LN) license recognized in Taiwan, with an active license eligible for registration at our clinic. Previous experience is not required, although hospital experience is preferred.
Please bring your current valid practicing license (original or photocopy) to the interview. If you do not currently hold a practicing license, please bring your valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Nurse certificate (original or photocopy).

3. Job Responsibilities:

Assist physicians with clinical duties, provide injection services, maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, treatment areas, and patient beds, perform administrative tasks, care for patients, provide basic health education, and complete other duties assigned by supervisors.

4. Salary & Benefits:

Applicants who are committed to long-term employment (e.g., one year or longer) will be given priority. Based on our salary structure, the average monthly salary ranges from NT$36,300 to NT$38,200. Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, and an additional 6% employer pension contribution are fully provided, bringing the total compensation to approximately NT$38,478–40,492 per month. Employees also receive a prorated annual subsidy for the professional association membership fee (currently NT$1,000 per year).
Salary adjustments will be made based on individual performance and contributions after joining the clinic.

5. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, fixed daytime schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute break after every four consecutive working hours.
On-time departure every day. Overtime is not required, and work quality is highly valued.
Guaranteed working hours with no "working hour bank" system or rotating shift scheduling.

6. Days Off:

Fixed weekends off, all national public holidays observed, including adjusted consecutive holidays according to the official government calendar.

Position: Front Desk Assistant (Customer Service, Reception & Accounting) (Non-Healthcare Position)

1. Number of Openings: 0

2. Qualifications:

Applicants with a healthcare-related educational background or work experience in healthcare industries (such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, public health agencies, blood donation centers, or biotechnology companies) are preferred.
Experience in graphic design, marketing, or short-form video production is a plus.

3. Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the healthcare team to assist with reception, customer service, administrative duties, general office tasks, and other assignments from supervisors.

4. Salary & Benefits:

Applicants committed to long-term employment (e.g., one year or longer) will be given priority. Entry-level (or first-year) employees receive a fixed monthly salary of NT$28,590. Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, and a 6% employer pension contribution are fully provided, bringing total compensation to approximately NT$30,305.40 per month. Salary adjustments are based on individual performance and contributions.
